Refund Policy

All purchases are for digital, virtual items delivered instantly. As such, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.

If a perk was not delivered due to a technical error, contact staff on Discord and we'll make it right — usually by re-delivering the item.

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us will result in a permanent ban across the network and Discord, and removal of all associated perks.
